Planet Go Vacation Collection sold us a $5,000
dollar package with 2 prime weeks and unlimited spontaneous weeks at very low prices. Spontaneous must be booked and traveled within 90 days but have no openings that are within the next 90 days, so I offered to use a prime week, but that didn't help. Prime weeks can be booked 24 months ahead of time, so I asked for 12 months ahead and was told there is no inventory that far out!! They also gave us a free spontaneous week certificate that has a whole different website to
book vacations from making it look much better than the
choices from the site we have to use for the package. They have a contract manager that knows nothing about the travel side of this, and phone agents that confuse our package with shell vacations and others. Total waste of money and time trying to set up a vacation! 128f991
