Took the Hawaiian promo, caught the presentation and got totally sucked in. We paid $9,300US like a couple of idiots believing the smoke and mirror show. All we wanted was what they were purportedly offering". Access to top quality resorts at deep discounts worldwide/. 2 free weeks for signing up?. They would handle all out travel needs such as flights, hotels, cruises, whatever at rock bottom prices:. ALL A BUNCH OF CRAP! Their inventory of resorts was pathetic, the 'free' weeks were only available at dumps you wouldn't take your dog to and the deep discounts more or less amounted to a 10% clearing house,. We got better deals from daily pop ups on our computer, which is all it seemed they were offering anyway! The entire staff except for the legal advisory accountant are gone, convenient isn't it, and we are left feeling like fools and embarrassed for being so ***?. We are handing everything over to our lawyer:. He can keep the entire $9,300 as long as he exposes these con artists for the scam and humility we allowed ourselves to be sucked into/. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME ON THE PRESENTATION! Keep your self respect and avoid these scam artists and pass the word. 128f945

My wife and I were also suckered into this "deal". We haven't booked anything through their site as I've always found cheaper/better deals on my own. I'm very embarrassed that we've paid and been paying for this membership for over a year now. I'm fed up with the selection, prices and availability they have. I'm basically done paying off the balance I put on a payment plan for like $6k but never thought about legal recourse until now. I figured I've almost paid it off for a 30yr membership so might as well let it go. I just got an invoice for $299 annual fee which I was told I would only pay if I used/book anything for that year which I haven't. I'll check back for any replies in the meantime I will contact my lawyers.

My wife and I had the same experience and are ripped off from PlanetGo for about $4,000.

We were promised a great inventory of vacations to choose from, ALL from $199-$299 a week, but there is HORRIBLE inventory really available.

The problem is, we couldn't get on the site until 40 days later, which is past the seven days they give you to cancel and get your initial payment for half back.

We can't reach anybody at SHELL, just a very rude guy named Chance that wouldn't put us through to anyone else. There probably isn't anyone else.

This company is a total scam and we would like to be part of suing their pants off.
