I have never been lied to so much straight to my face in my entire life!!!!!!!

We attended a presentation while in Waikiki and planet go did not deliver what they promised they told us all these great gifts and we did not receive what was promised the gentleman out front of the Waikiki aqua beachside hotel was very nice and polite when we signed up and it was all a show!!!!!

He was rude to us the rest of the week because we didn't buy the package and told us we were on our own and he already got paid! The gift he promised was not the gift we received and the promotion was not 90 min it was half a day and ruined our Hawaii vacation!

The company was Epic Tours and the promotion was at the Pacific Beach Hotel for Plant Go!

Hopefully everyone docent get treated the same way as we were, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy! 128f8f7

I bought this vacation package while I was in hawaii in Febraury 2011. I am still paying for this though financing. I have tried to use my free vacation and book other vacations but I never get a response from my emails and the phone number doesn't work. Are they out of business? I am also interested in a class action suit.

I bought their package with my girlfriend when we were in wakiki beach Sept, last year 2010. We were given two 1hour jet-ski vouchers ($70 each). We listen to the 90 mins lecture. At the time my gf was very excited about all the discounts we can get for our future travels. So I bite the bullet and we bought the $3500 package.

After a month, my gf and I broke up. I gave her the free vacation getaway that was included with the package. She used it and went with her new bf. They enjoyed it, no fuzz at all.

Two months ago, I figure since we have split up already, there's no point of keeping this PlanetGo package (no I don't have a new gf). I contacted PlanetGo and asked for a membership cancellation and a refund. They immediately replied my e-mail and said okay. They didn't not give me any hard time at all. I called them a few times to follow up on the refund since the girl who helped me with the refund went on vacation. Everyone on the other end was very nice and sincere. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. I got 100% money back from them after a few weeks. (well I live in Canada, and I did get screwed on the exchange rate probably missing $70USD, but that's okay.)

So I just want to say that, no they did not lie. Everything are exactly as they said. If you travel alot and can affort it, I say you should try purchase one of their packages. You probably gonna get some good savings outta it. 8)

Husband and I bought this in 2010 while vacationing in Waikiki. Paid $3,500. everytime we have tried to use it - it is just NOT worth it! We call them, NO response. Finally today 11-10-11 some "VP of the Co" returned my call was nothing but an a-hole. he kept saying... "look at your contract.. look at your contract" couldnt even answer anything straight. at the end he said "this conversation is over, i have to go".. what a *** to say the least and to be a "VP" what a joke. If a class action... count us in.

My wife and I bought the planet go and were still undecided about how valuable or unvaluabe it really is. We happend to be the first ones in our presentation to buy so we got a cruise of our choice to pic from for free. We just got back from a 9 day Mexican cruise..had an awsome time. Only had to pay 660$ for the cruise. My wife won 800$ bingo on board so it was free for the most part..aside from that every time we try to plan a trip and use the planet go it cheaper to go online and do it ourselves..I only paid 7000$..lol only ;)

I cannot vouch for any of these programs other than Planet Go. I bought the membership while in Honolulu. I am an adult and I knew what I was buying. I can state without hesitation that Planet Go never lied to me, misrepresented anything to me or cheated me. I have in my first year enjoyed several trips at great savings, booked several trips free as promised. They continue to add resorts as promised and I am the beneficiary of all of this. So people, use your brains. If you cannot afford it then don't buy it. But stop complaining because you don't like it. I only know I have almost paid for my membership in the first year and I have 49 years to go. Go figure. Be informed

We bought the package last year in Waikiki. They told us they would give us a free plan ahead week and a free spontaneous week. Much of the presentation was very much as described above. The promise of travel all over the world is ridiculous, as there are very limited properties. It's just about impossible to get a spontaneous week (up to 90 day advance purchase) unless you want to go to Florida. Our phone calls are not getting returned. If there is a class action suit, I would be happy to participate.
